About LeZot Camera Repair:
Since 1978, we have offered expert repair and service on all major brands of film and now digital cameras. Graduating in 1978 from National Camera in Englewood, CO, owner and master technician Vincent Lizotte has over 28 years of experience fixing nearly everything photographic in our small shop in Burlington, Vermont. Sitting on the Board of Directors of the Society of Photo Technologists for several years and attending training seminars, he has been able to stay on top of the digital revolution. He has both training and experience with popular models from the 1960s to current digital cameras. We are proud of our small-town customer service, with the expertise and versatility you'd expect in a major city.
When we receive equipment for repair, we first perform a functional check and external exam, so that we can provide an estimate in advance of repair. We charge a $15.00 bench fee per repair order for this service, due upon receipt of the equipment. If you have multiple items, please contact us to determine how many repair orders are called for. If the estimate is approved, the bench fee is credited toward the total repair cost. If the estimate is declined, the equipment is available to pick up (or ship back) as-is, and we retain the deposit for examining and estimating the gear. Turn-around times vary with demand, but we can typically provide estimates in 2-3 business days.
